AI Agents Are Reading Your Docs. Are You Ready?

Last month, 48% of visitors to documentation sites across Mintlify were AI agents, not humans.

Claude Code, Cursor, and other coding agents are becoming the actual customers reading your docs. And they read everything.

This changes what good documentation means. Humans skim and forgive gaps. Agents methodically check every endpoint, read every guide, and compare you against alternatives with zero fatigue.

Your docs aren't just helping users anymore. They're your product's first interview with the machines deciding whether to recommend you.

That means: clear schema markup so agents can parse your content, real benchmarks instead of marketing fluff, open endpoints agents can actually test, and honest comparisons that emphasize strengths without hype.

Mintlify powers documentation for over 20,000 companies, reaching 100M+ people every year. We just raised a $45M Series B led by @a16z and @SalesforceVC to build the knowledge layer for the agent era.

Series Breakdown

I had every intention to recap the road games assuming the 76ers would grab one game at home, and they did not even give me a chance.

The New York Knicks absolutely dominated in Philadelphia and complete their third sweep in a best of 7 series in franchise history.

After the OG Anunoby injury, I thought that the Knicks would step up and finish the series without him to get him extra rest for the Eastern Conference Finals, but I did not believe it would go like this.

The Philadelphia 76ers just had not one answer for anything the Knicks were trying to do defensively or offensively.

In Game 3, the Sixers came out strong and got out to an early lead and the Knicks just walked them down. After the first quarter, they kept Philly at arms’ length the rest of the way.

Captain Clutch was stellar once again with 33 points. KAT’s game was derailed by foul trouble once again, but chipped in 7 assists as the elusive hub of this offense.

Mikal Bridges was great on both ends of the floor and we needed someone to step up off the bench with OG being out and that came in the form of Landry Shamet, who had 15 huge points.

No team has ever blown a 3-0 lead so we knew the Knicks would eventually close this series out, but Game 4 was something special.

There has been a different type of focus with this team like we saw with their 51 point victory against Atlanta in a close out game, and they did it again!

No OG once again, but that did not matter as the Knicks absolutely blew the doors off of Philly from the jump ball.

The Knicks matched a NBA Playoffs record with 11 three pointers in the first quarter then matched the record for three pointers in a half with 18, and even finished the game with 25 three pointers, which (you guessed it) matched the most in NBA history.

They just could not miss! Miles McBride had 7 three pointers, Jalen Brunson had 6 three pointers, Josh Hart had 4 three pointers, Landry Shamet had 4 three pointers, and KAT chipped in 2 of his own.

This game was over at halftime when the Knicks put up another 80 point half. There is something to be said about the mentality shift that we have seen with this team.

Before it seemed as if they were comfortable to drop a game here and there in a best of 7 series, and now it looks like they have never been hungrier even up 30 with a 3-0 lead.

It was a spectacular Mother’s Day performance that saw the Knicks complete their first sweep since 1999, add to their win streak (7 straight playoff wins which is a first time ever), and advance to their second consecutive conference finals since 2000.

There is a lot of work left to do, but the best thing about this is rest. The Knicks were in an entirely different situation last year where their main rotational players were playing heavy minutes and they went through two six game battles with Boston and Detroit.

Now, they have played only 10 games with many of those having their starters resting in the fourth quarters of those games.

With the Eastern Conference Finals starting on either May 17th or May 19th depending on how long the Detroit/Cleveland series goes, the Knicks will be well rested and ready for the next series. It will give OG Anunoby more time to nurse his hamstring injury as well as Mike Brown, his staff, and the team ample time to gameplan for either team. Which is all you can ask for at this point in the postseason.
